This may cause communication problems as well as delivery issues and will therefore become a weakness in the supply chain of the company. 3 OpportunitiesSince Samsung does not outsource many of its components there are opportunities for the company to expand through distributing the components they produce to other companies. 4 ThreatsAs said above, the advancement of technology has had a great impact on the supply chain of Samsung.
